I walked into Rick’s to get a quote for some routine maintenance on my car, but instead of receiving any helpful information, I was met with a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. I was ready to pay for the maintenance regardless of the price, and I had no problem scheduling it for a later date. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. He didn’t ask a single question about my car, what I needed, or when I wanted to get the work done. As a customer, I don’t care about hearing everything you don’t do. I want to know what you CAN do. If you’re fully booked or can’t provide a particular service, just communicate that professionally. Very disappointing customer service and attitude.

I’ve been taking my work van to the dealership and they said they couldn’t get it in for six weeks cause they only had one technician so I started looking around and found that Rick’s had a lift and could get me in right away for a standard service. They did a full inspection for me just to see what the health of my vehicle was and Got it done the same day! Can’t say enough about the communication and the service.

I would say overall it was good. Their computer booked too many people the same day as my appointment l, but I get it. 4/5 because room for improvement but a good xp with the staff.
